Originally implemented in the ActionScript 3 language for use with Adobe Flex, Flash and AIR, PureMVC is a lightweight framework for creating applications based upon the classic Model-View-Controller design meta-pattern.
This open source framework has now been ported to a number of other languages and platforms.
